COVID Care Package

Recently, there have been many vaccinated and unvaccinated loved ones and friends contracting COVID 19. Frustratingly, there is still little to no treatment plan for those who get ill until it is critical, which boggles my mind since we now have effective treatments available. But regardless of what mainstream medicine is doing, we can do things at home to help support the healing and comfort of ourselves and those we care for.

Sadly it has taken me a bit of time to figure out what I could do since covid is a confusing virus and you want to be careful not to boost the immune system too much and cause a cytokine storm. As I was adding to my next book, one that I am compiling all my home remedies in, I realized that I could send a care package of healing relief goodies to share. I wanted to give things that are easy to use and take little effort since those sick can have very little strength for extra work. Then I had an idea; I could package my favorite products just like I would for my customers and deliver them. I got so excited that I had to share with you. Maybe you will want to do the same.

Below is a list of items I added to my care package. Some are my brand, what I make myself at home for personal use, and some are from Young Living, with whom I partner. As you already know, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly and even use a mask and gloves when making something for someone sick. Use sanitized packaging, and be sure to add a note for directions.

If you don’t have time but want to send one, reach out to me, and I will send a personalized care package on your behalf.

  • 6 Oranges

  • ½ Lemon

  • 1 cup coconut water
