One of my most requested pieces of information is my anti-inflammatory diet. It is my pleasure to provide these resources to you in a time of great need for those who suffer from the many illnesses caused by inflammation. Note that I have two versions, a vegan one and one that includes animal products. While I am a strong advocate for a whole food, plant-based diet, I also know that many people struggle with the ability to make sacrifices in food choices for many reasons. I chose not to judge as we are all unique in our needs and wants. I am also a huge respecter of choice and my ultimate goal in using this page it to help anyone who is looking for help and support to make better choices in their wellness journey. Below are the two versions of my diet. My vegan one is particularly unique as it is a compilation of my educational and spiritual knowledge of the nutrition field and the bible diets in both Genesis and Daniel as well as the health message given by God to the Seventh-day Adventist church. This health information continues to be a great resource of knowledge to me in a time of great concern for the health of our planet and it’s creatures, of which we are responsible for. We become what we eat and if our food is poisoned by hormones, pharmaceutical chemicals, stress, or lacking in nutrients, then sadly so will we.
